In my journey of writing Success Sculptor and over 26 other books on personal and professional growth, I’ve realized that reaching a goal is not where the true value lies. It’s in the process — the progress we make and the lessons we learn. Early in my career, I constantly chased goals, looking to the next milestone without reflecting on how far I’d come. Over time, I realized that while pursuing success was essential, pausing to reflect and celebrate even the most minor achievements was just as vital.
There was a moment when I was about to publish my first book in “The Art of Success” series. I was deep into planning the next one before I even took a moment to appreciate the incredible accomplishment I had already achieved. This lack of reflection left me feeling burnt out.
